Antonio Viveros, originally from México City, came to San José del Cabo to paint almost 30 years ago. His primitive style and whimsical subjects are painted in the Mexican Naive style. His subjects range from animals and people to landscapes inspired by his own experiences and vivid imagination. Each frame is designed and handcrafted by partner Eduardo Campos and are works of art on their own. Also known for his complex and highly detailed murals, Antonio’s colorful works are widely recognized and collected. Casa Dahlia is honored to be the last gallery representing the work of the late Antonio Viveros who passed away in 2020.
